Conductive diamond coating service

It is possible to decompose and synthesize substances that were difficult with conventional methods.

We offer conductive diamond coating services. Diamond is typically an insulator, but by doping it with boron, conductivity can be imparted while retaining the chemical stability, strength, and other characteristics of diamond, making it suitable for various applications. Additionally, due to its wide potential window, it can preferentially facilitate oxidation or reduction reactions of substances that are usually difficult to electrolyze, enabling the decomposition and synthesis of materials that were challenging with conventional methods. 【Application Range】 ■ Electrolytic synthesis ■ Electrolysis ■ Sensors *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Conductive Diamond Coating [*Video Available*]

Would you like to try depositing diamonds? We support everything from prototyping to mass production! We have also started selling standard conductive diamond electrodes.

Diamond is an insulator, but it can acquire conductivity by doping with boron. We will uniformly deposit conductive diamond over a large area while maintaining the chemical stability and strength of diamond. Diamond electrodes have a wide potential window, allowing for the decomposition and synthesis of difficult-to-decompose substances through oxidation and reduction reactions. By electrolyzing tap water with diamond electrodes, it is possible to directly produce high-concentration ozone water. Additionally, our unique pre-treatment for film formation improves the adhesion of the diamond film. *For more details, please contact us or download and view the catalog.

Diamond coating on semiconductor device components.

Plasma-resistant diamond

Diamond films possess exceptionally excellent properties in terms of hardness, chemical stability, and thermal conductivity. Therefore, they demonstrate very high durability even in plasma environments. By coating components of plasma etching equipment and deposition devices, especially the parts that are directly exposed to plasma, with diamond films, the lifespan of the components can be significantly extended. They show particular resistance to fluorine-based, chlorine-based, and hydrogen gases.
